These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of aftermidnightlab.com (the "Site") and any services provided by After Midnight Lab ("we", "us", "our"), based at 125 Tsarigradsko Shose Blvd, Floor 4, 1784 Sofia, Bulgaria. By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
The Site is provided to describe After Midnight Lab's services, share information about the studio, and allow prospective clients to get in touch. Content on the Site is for general information purposes and does not constitute a binding offer of services until a separate written proposal or agreement has been signed by both parties.
Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, layout and design — is the property of After Midnight Lab or our licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages from the Site for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Case studies, project descriptions and any client names or work referenced on the Site are shared with appropriate permission or in a manner consistent with our confidentiality obligations.
Any services described on the Site — including brand identity, motion and film, sound design, digital experience and web, content systems, and creative direction and campaigns — are subject to a separate written proposal, scope of work, or contract agreed between After Midnight Lab and the client before work begins. That separate agreement governs matters such as project scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, payment terms, revisions, and ownership of final deliverables, and will take precedence over these Terms in the event of a conflict specific to a project engagement.
Submitting a contact form, project brief, or email enquiry does not create a contractual relationship or obligation on either party. We aim to respond to enquiries within one business day, but we do not guarantee acceptance of any project.
Where we agree to provide services, fees, payment schedule and currency (euro, unless otherwise agreed in writing) will be set out in the relevant proposal or contract. Late payment may result in suspension of ongoing work until outstanding amounts are settled, as further detailed in the applicable project agreement.
We treat client information, unreleased brand materials, and project details shared with us as confidential, and we expect the same discretion from clients regarding our internal processes and pricing. Specific confidentiality terms for a given engagement will be set out in the relevant project agreement.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, and including a link does not imply endorsement.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, After Midnight Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Bulgarian or European Union law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria, unless a separate project agreement specifies otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
